{"id":172,"date":"2013-12-03T09:56:57","date_gmt":"2013-12-03T09:56:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/thomasdewildeperso.free.fr\/?page_id=172"},"modified":"2019-01-06T09:52:18","modified_gmt":"2019-01-06T09:52:18","slug":"anti-corrosion","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"http:\/\/www.flying-rv7.com\/?page_id=172","title":{"rendered":"RETEX sur l&#8217;anticorrosion"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Et oui, l&#8217;aluminium s&#8217;oxyde et il finit en lambeaux, comme les 2CV mais au bout de bien plus longtemps&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Vans Aircraft ne donne aucune recommandation pr\u00e9cise sur ce point mais tous les constructeurs amateurs d&#8217;avions appliquent un traitement anticorrosion sur la t\u00f4le en alu (m\u00eame de l&#8217;alu T3).<br \/>\nC&#8217;est donc de la responsabilit\u00e9 du constructeur de choisir tout en ayant conscience de ne pas construire un sous-marin !!<\/p>\n<p>VANS traite ses kits d&#8217;ailes et fuselages propos\u00e9s assembl\u00e9s et tous les constructeurs d&#8217;avions en alu traitent leurs t\u00f4les.<\/p>\n<p>Il\u00a0existe\u00a0plusieurs types de traitements anticorrosion pour l\u2019aluminium :<br \/>\n<ul class=\"bullet-3\"><br \/>\n<li><strong>Appliquer un primaire<\/strong><\/li><br \/>\n<ul class=\"bullet-1\"><\/ul><br \/>\nDiff\u00e9rents types de primaires a\u00e9ronautiques :<\/p>\n<p><li>A l&#8217;eau,<\/li><br \/>\n<li>Epoxy bi-composants, avec ou sans chromate,<\/li><br \/>\n<li>Epoxy mono composant.<\/li><br \/>\n<\/ul><br \/>\nPeu importe le choix, il faut que la couche de primaire appliqu\u00e9e tienne aux changements de temp\u00e9ratures, aux vibrations, aux UV et aux diff\u00e9rentes agressions que peut subir l&#8217;avion (graisse, carburants, chocs, &#8230;), il existe des normes militaires et civils traitant de ces exigences.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<ul class=\"bullet-3\"><li><strong>L&#8217;oxydation anodique chromique<\/strong><\/li><br \/>\nAyant contact\u00e9 plusieurs soci\u00e9t\u00e9s, cela reste un traitement possible, \u00e9l\u00e9gant mais cher (compter 4000\u20ac pour l&#8217;avion entier) et difficile \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser en terme d&#8217;organisation.<br \/>\n<\/ul><br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>=&gt; <strong>Apr\u00e8s de nombreuses h\u00e9sitations et prises d&#8217;avis divers et vari\u00e9s, j&#8217;ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d&#8217;utiliser le primaire 90 Vert r\u00e9f.E4120 de chez Diatex, une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 fran\u00e7aise du Sud de Lyon.
