{"id":1194,"date":"2016-10-20T19:35:12","date_gmt":"2016-10-20T19:35:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.flying-rv7.com\/?p=1194"},"modified":"2020-05-10T16:17:45","modified_gmt":"2020-05-10T16:17:45","slug":"gouverne-direction","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.flying-rv7.com\/?p=1194","title":{"rendered":"Gouverne direction"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La gouverne de direction est la partie en orange ci-dessous :<br \/>\n<br \/>\n<center><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.flying-rv7.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Statut1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"20%\" height=\"20%\" \/><\/center><br \/>\n<br \/>\nSur le RV7 la peau de la gouverne de direction est extr\u00eamement fine : il faut la manipuler avec pr\u00e9caution et \u00e9galement y aller tout doux avec la pr\u00e9paration de l&#8217;aluminium.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nLa peau est renforc\u00e9e avec des raidisseurs transversaux qu&#8217;il faut d\u00e9couper de biais sur 1\/3 de la longueur, arrondir les bords en faisant attention \u00e0 respecter la distance trou\/bord.<br \/>\n<center><img src=\"http:\/\/www.flying-rv7.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/IMG_4993.jpg\" alt=\"Stiffners_cutting\" \/><\/center><br \/>\n<br \/>\nUne fois les raidisseurs coup\u00e9s &#038; \u00e9bavur\u00e9s on les place avec les clecos sur la peau pour percer les trous \u00e0 la bonne dimension. La peau est ensuite \u00e9bavur\u00e9e au niveau de chaque trou.<br \/>\n<center><img src=\"http:\/\/www.flying-rv7.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/IMG_4995.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/center><br \/>\n<br \/>\n<center><img src=\"http:\/\/www.flying-rv7.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/IMG_4998.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/center><br \/>\n<br \/>\n<center><img src=\"http:\/\/www.flying-rv7.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/IMG_4996.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/center><br \/>\n<br \/>\nLa peau est ensuite embr\u00eaver avec le col de signe (outil rouge).<br \/>\n<center><img src=\"http:\/\/www.flying-rv7.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/IMG_5001.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/center><br \/>\n<br \/>\nLes raidisseurs sont \u00e9galement embr\u00eav\u00e9s, ils sont ensuite parfaitement aplatis.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nLe tout passe ensuite au primaire.<br \/>\n<center><img src=\"http:\/\/www.flying-rv7.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/stiffners.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/center><br \/>\n<center><img src=\"http:\/\/www.flying-rv7.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/skin.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/center><br \/>\n<br \/>\nM\u00eames op\u00e9rations avec la seconde partie de la peau longtemps apr\u00e8s la premi\u00e8re, apr\u00e8s :<br \/>\n  &#8211; Un d\u00e9m\u00e9nagement,<br \/>\n  &#8211; Des travaux (dont certains toujours en cours&#8230;),<br \/>\n  &#8211; Un changement professionnel important.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n<center><img src=\"http:\/\/www.flying-rv7.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/IMG_0146.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/center><br \/>\nMon fils est motiv\u00e9 : le per\u00e7age doit \u00eatre perpendiculaire \u00e0 la peau pour que le trou soit \u00e0 la bonne dimension, n&#8217;est-ce pas Maxence !<br \/>\n<center><img src=\"http:\/\/www.flying-rv7.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/IMG_0130.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/center><br \/>\n<center><img src=\"http:\/\/www.flying-rv7.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/IMG_0131.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/center><br \/>\nApr\u00e8s avoir mis en primaire la peau et les raidisseurs : back riveting ! Super r\u00e9sultat !
