{"id":482,"date":"2013-12-19T21:01:40","date_gmt":"2013-12-19T21:01:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.flying-rv7.com\/?p=482"},"modified":"2019-01-11T22:11:51","modified_gmt":"2019-01-11T22:11:51","slug":"begenning-of-the-building","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.flying-rv7.com\/?p=482","title":{"rendered":"Rear spar"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><center>Horizontal stabilizer is the orange element<br \/>\n<img class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"Horizontal_Stab\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/www.flying-rv7.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/Horizontal_Stab1.jpg\" \/><\/center>Beggining of construction : making the rear spar of the horizontal stabilizer.<\/p>\n<p>First step : sanding the reinforcing bars of the HS-603PP with 400 grit sandpaper, then the scotchbrite wheel, much faster.<br \/>\nPurpose: Polishing all traces &amp; scratches on the bars.<br \/>\nRounding sides for these two bars fit perfectly HS-603PP having put clecos to assemble.<br \/>\nThen rounding angles to the wheel then the scotchbrite wheel for polishing.<br \/>\n<img class=\"aligncenter\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/www.flying-rv7.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/IMG_3731_.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Trimming the sides of the HS-603PP lime for the top and grit sandpaper 400 or 500 on the sides. The idea is to feel touched when the finger is passed over the edge and visually not see the traces left by the machine tool home VANS nothing.<br \/>\nPurpose : Remove the microcracks caused the uprooting of the material during the cutting in the fabric.
