{"id":907,"date":"2014-04-28T12:57:11","date_gmt":"2014-04-28T12:57:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.flying-rv7.com\/?p=907"},"modified":"2019-01-12T16:02:47","modified_gmt":"2019-01-12T16:02:47","slug":"rivetage-de-la-gouverne-horizontale","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.flying-rv7.com\/?p=907","title":{"rendered":"Rivetage du squelette de la gouverne horizontale"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Une fois mises en primaire, les pi\u00e8ces de la gouverne horizontale sont rassembl\u00e9es (m\u00eame avec le graveur, on distingue \u00e0 peine les lettres de chaque pi\u00e8ce !).<br \/>\nL&#8217;ensemble est de nouveau asembl\u00e9 avec des clecos puis rivet\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;aide de plusieurs outils en fonction de l&#8217;accessibilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Longeron arri\u00e8re<\/strong><br \/>\nPremi\u00e8re pi\u00e8ce rivet\u00e9 \u00e0 la riveteuse pneumatique (partie du longeron arri\u00e8re) :<br \/>\n<center><img src=\"http:\/\/www.flying-rv7.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/IMG_4547.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/center><br \/>\n<center><img src=\"http:\/\/www.flying-rv7.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/IMG_4550.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/center><\/p>\n<p>La suite va tout seul :<br \/>\n<center><img src=\"http:\/\/www.flying-rv7.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/IMG_4562.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/center><br \/>\n<center><img src=\"http:\/\/www.flying-rv7.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/IMG_4572.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/center><center><img src=\"http:\/\/www.flying-rv7.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/IMG_4564.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/center><\/p>\n<p><strong>Retour d&#8217;exp\u00e9riences<\/strong><br \/>\nLe rivet \u00e0 t\u00eate ronde peut \u00eatre mis des 2 c\u00f4t\u00e9s de la pi\u00e8ce \u00e0 assembler.<br \/>\nJ&#8217;avais commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 mettre la t\u00eate du c\u00f4t\u00e9 du renfort et donc \u00e0 \u00e9craser le rivet du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la pi\u00e8ce la plus fine.<br \/>\nAyant pos\u00e9 la question \u00e0 Manu (heureux constructeur d&#8217;un RV-7), il m&#8217;a dit que les t\u00eates de rivets se mettaient toujours du c\u00f4t\u00e9 le plus fragile pour des raisons \u00e9videntes de solidit\u00e9.<br \/>\nJ&#8217;ai donc laiss\u00e9 les rivets en place sur la premi\u00e8re longueur (du &#8220;mauvais&#8221; c\u00f4t\u00e9) et mis les rivets du bon c\u00f4t\u00e9 sur la seconde longueur. Aucune importance, mais c&#8217;est une question de norme de construction a\u00e9ro.<br \/>\nUn principe \u00e0 retenir pour tout le reste de la construction.<\/p>\n<p><center><img src=\"http:\/\/www.flying-rv7.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/IMG_4561.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/center><br \/>\n<center><img src=\"http:\/\/www.flying-rv7.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/IMG_4569.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/center><\/p>\n<p>Et voil\u00e0 le r\u00e9sultat du longeron arri\u00e8re<br \/>\n<center><img src=\"http:\/\/www.flying-rv7.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/IMG_4633.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/center><\/p>\n<p><strong>Longeron avant<\/strong><br \/>\nLa pluspart des rivets du longeron avant ne sont pas rivetables avec la pince ou l&#8217;outil pneumatique.<br \/>\nL&#8217;outil ad\u00e9quate est le pisolet \u00e0 riveter, ses diff\u00e9rents embouts et les bucking bars.<br \/>\nPas \u00e9vident, un peu d&#8217;apr\u00e9hension mais en une soir\u00e9e, tout va tout seul !<\/p>\n<p><center><img src=\"http:\/\/www.flying-rv7.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/IMG_4588.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/center><br \/>\n<center><img src=\"http:\/\/www.flying-rv7.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/IMG_4591.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/center><\/p>\n<p>Et voil\u00e0 le r\u00e9sultat<br \/>\n<center><img src=\"http:\/\/www.flying-rv7.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/IMG_4647.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/center><center><img src=\"http:\/\/www.flying-rv7.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/IMG_4646.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/center><br \/>\n<center><img src=\"http:\/\/www.flying-rv7.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/IMG_4641.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/center><center><img src=\"http:\/\/www.flying-rv7.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/IMG_4640.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/center><\/p>\n<p>Bon, quelques rivets ont d\u00fb \u00eatre retir\u00e9s tout de m\u00eame.<br \/>\n<center><img src=\"http:\/\/www.flying-rv7.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/IMG_4579.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/center><\/p>\n<p><strong>Retour d&#8217;exp\u00e9riences<\/strong><br \/>\nConseil pour les d\u00e9butants comme moi&#8230;bien tenir la pince ou la riveteuse perpendiculi\u00e8re au longeron, les rivets n&#8217;en seront que plus droits, j&#8217;ai eu 3 rivets \u00e0 retirer.<br \/>\nLe principe est de devoir retirer le moins de rivets possibles !
